i'm wondering if there's any way to send, from the chat widget any kind of "keep alive" to a website to stop from closing or avoid session expiration?
The Chat Widget is being implemented in a secure site with a short expiration session we are worried that session will expire while the customer is waiting on queue. Since any action you perform in the chat is not an action being performed in the actual website Even if the Widget is open in the same tab.
