    Hello,

    We are integrating with Genesys using Cloud Embedded Framework. Although, we are able to receive agent presences and logout message and send agent presences to Genesys, we could not find a way to send a logout message to Genesys.

    Would you please let us know how it works?

    I looked everywhere as well to no avail.  I would suggest posting this over at the developer forum and see if anyone has any ideas.
