  • 1.  send ANI at the blind transfer

    I notice when i make a blind transfer, the phone number is my DID, there isnot the customer ANI

    how can i change it? is there a specific configuration or there is with my telephony provider?

    i do not know where is the configuration.

    Check the Diversion Method under Protocol on the Trunk settings and set it to Diversion Header.  You might have issues with your carrier accepting this.  If so, set your Asserted Identity under Identity section.
