Is it possible for a customer to receive a URL once they are in the queue to be answered
Scenario - calls queuing and ASA is 10 mins could you play a messaging asking for the customer to input their number (if they wanted to) and then we send a URL to our chat service as we have wait time.
You can use the Agentless API to do something like that, using a Data Action.
