Hello community, When sending email interaction data from Genesys Cloud to a third party, what data elements are available or restricted? Can full email bodies and attachments be included in outbound events/webhooks, or must they be retrieved separately via APIs due to security or compliance constraints?

From a technical standpoint and high-level overview, you can only retrieve detailed interaction data via API. Although, I'm assuming that you want to send an email data once it has been received by your Genesys org. You may try to explore our Notifications API or Process Automation Triggers that can help you orchestrate in sending the email interaction data from Genesys Cloud to a third party application. You may check the available topics which also provides the data that is provided, which can be used to fetch the detailed interaction data via API.
