    Dear Genesys Team ,

    Currently in interaction UI for messages not giving customer account ID , even though in API/Architecture , 

    Example : In twitter interaction we were getting twitter id of the customer in interaction UI as well in architecture by using  "message.message.SenderAddress"

    not its gives only display name of the customer


    is there anything updates went through this subject ?
