    Hi Everyone,

    How can I generate and email a daily report in Genesys Cloud, listing the changes made by support personnel, excluding user additions and queue membership updates?

    Hello Karthik, 

    You will have to use the API, POST /api/v2/audits/query and GET /api/v2/audits/query/{transactionId}/results. You can use our dev center API explorer to play with what you need. If you need help generating the correct report you can post in the developer forums.
