    Hello Everyone,

    I have created a ServiceNow developer instance and successfully set up the integration with Genesys Cloud using the instance URL and credentials.

    While configuring the knowledge source and triggering a sync, the process consistently fails with the following error:

    Request to third party service failed with status: 400,
    message: {"error":{"message":"Requested URI does not represent any resource","detail":null},"status":"failure"}
    

    Request being triggered by Genesys:

    https://dev123456.service-now.com/api/sn_km_api/knowledge/articles?fields=kb_category,text,workflow_state,topic,category,sys_updated_on&filter=workflow_state=published^ORDERBYnumber&language=en&limit=200&offset=0
    

    From my analysis, it seems the API endpoint /api/sn_km_api/knowledge/articles might not be available in my ServiceNow instance.

    Could anyone confirm if additional plugins or configurations are required on the ServiceNow side for this integration to work? Please see the below screenshot.
