  • 1.  Set on queue/Off Queue Status from a desk phone.

    Good morning, all, 
    I have a question regarding desk phones that are provisioned with Genesys,  is there the ability to set the on/off queue status from the desk phone itself? Phones we are using are the Poly VVX 250 and Poly VVX 350. Any help with this would be helpful. Thank you!

    If you want a single-button function, you would need to have a number that routes to a flow and a data action(s) to check the user status and toggle the status.  Login/logout is more difficult, but if the user is logged into that phone, changing status is possible.
