  • 1.  Setting Default Phone

    Hi All ...

    • An Agent can 'Select' the required phone from their Agent interface, but doesn't appear that they can set their own 'Default' phone unless they have access to the Administration interface.
    • A Supervisor can set the 'Default' phone for the Agent via the Administration interface, but can't 'Select' a specific phone.

    So my questions ...

    1. Is it possible for an Agent to set their own 'Default' phone (other than above)?
    2. Is it possible to set the Default phone, either via AD Sync or via the bulk import template?
    3. We had an issue with a customer this morrning where multiple users at different sites lost their selected phone setting, and had to manually re-select; would the setting of the 'Default' phone assist this issue?

    This API will set the default station:  /api/v2/users/{userId}/station/defaultstation/{stationId}

    SCIM does not have a mapping for Default Phone.

    I checked the CLI and the User List does not show Default phone, but I suppose if the API supports it, you could use a JQ command with GC to set the default phone if you have a phone named similar to user name.
