    First off, I understand that this question is likely completely off the beaten path of how things are supposed to work.  But here it is anyway:

    I'd like to know if anybody has ever written a script that would randomly select an audio recording or TTS.  My main interest would to be setting the whisper tones to play randomly for agents.  I had the idea of using the whisper tones to remind people of tips/tricks.  I thought it might be fun to have it appear more random so the agents would likely hear something different from call to call.

    Has anybody every tried anything like this?
