This has been happening for as long as we have been on PureCloud and has caused quite a few headaches, really surprised it hasn't been fixed by now. If I search and select a group, then search for a different group and select a new group, the phone number from the 1st group shows as the number for the 2nd group. If I don't realize it and change some other setting and save it messes up the groups claiming a duplicate! I have to refresh the page every single time I load up a group page..... Are we the only org experiencing this ? video example attached
