  • 1.  Share Performance view between users

    Hi,

    Is it possible to customize and save a Performance View in Genesys Cloud by a user and then share it with other users in the same organization ? or at least export/import view ?

    If it is not possible, do you have an idea if this feature is planned in Genesys Roadmap ?

    My suggestion is to use the Web interface and just copy the URL in the address bar and Email to someone.  They can open that URL and get the same view as you had on your screen and save as their own saved view.

    Hello Robert,

    Thanks for your answer, yes I have try it now and it works fine when we use the same browser (for example: google Chrome). but if we use different browser (chrome and Firefox) it will not work.
