Show on the phone if not logged in to portal

    No replies, thread closed.
    We have a customer that would like to see the status of users that are on the phone<gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15755914599770396443173">,</gwmw>but not logged in to the portal. The admin is logged in to the <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15755914781012293062829">portal but</gwmw> the enterprise users will not be. 

    Is it possible to see if the users are on the phone ?
