Hello, we are trying to find a way to limit robocalls coming into one of our lines that has hundreds of published marketing numbers.
I have built the silence detection but we are unable to verify it. We have tried the suggested ways of calling from a VOIP phone with the mic disabled and calling from a desk phone with the mouthpiece covered, with no success. I have turned the times down to 1 and 2 seconds but nothing fails.
Any suggestions of how we can verify this without adding it to a live flow?
