  • 1.  Simple screen pop with script for agents to read

    Is there a way to use scripting to have a screen pop up with an intro script for our agents to read when a call comes in or when doing a callback. Meaning something that pops and they see/read, Thank you for calling XYZ, my name X, how may i help you today.

    Contact center supervisors want a standard phone script for their agents to read.
