  • 1.  Skill Expression Group (Dynamic Group) not listed in Agent Performance

    Good morning !!.

    I have created Skill Expression Group, based on skill levels. However in the Performance->Agent Performance the filter doesn't list the Skill Expression groups created (it does show the static groups).

    Please advise is there a limitation for reporting , if the group is Skill Expression Group.  (any link ?)

    Hi Sajid

    Skill Groups are a different type of group object altogether to "static" groups and are managed by a different set of APIs.  So you won't see any skill expression groups in your views, and likewise you can't add roles to skill groups.
