    Hi All,

    can someone confirm skill level = 0.

    I remember doing a PoC on this and the conclusion was skill level 0 is the same as not having a skill, ie interactions will not be delivered to an Agent with skill level 0.

    Recently, however, interactions are delivered to skill 0. Has this always been the case or am I remembering wrong?

    FYI - This is useful as sometimes you want to put an Agent on standby for a skill.
