Are SLA Credit by event (so if I have two downtime granting credit in a month I get twice the credit) or by month only ?
It is a credit for the month if the SLA for that month is below four 9's. Be sure whenever you have ANY issues, open a ticket with Genesys so they have it on file that you were affected by the outage.
