The consumer loan collections team at Simmons Bank is looking to connect with a similar sized financial institution who could share ideas about using Genesys to improve productivity, efficiency and reporting for a team of about 10 collection agents. We're in very early stages of bringing this team onto the Genesys platform so any ideas would be helpful.
