  • 1.  SmartVideo - Error in the installation

    Hi team,

    We are trying to install from the AppFoundry SmartVideo trial version, but in the installation process we find the following error message. We can´t find any documentation, could you help us to solve it?

    The error seems to indicate you are missing the license key (or the PAK file to generate it). I haven't tried the install, but did the download include a license of some kind?

    You might have to click the link on the AppFoundry to go to the developer's site and ask them what you need to do to get the trial working.

    @Zach Hinkle any other thoughts?​

    Hi George,

    You were right, it was neccessary to contact SmartVideo provider in order to activate us a temporal license password.
