    Hello,
    any option to connect to already existing SMS (texting) provider, and not buying new long numbers through Genesys Cloud ? 
    as BYOC - is for voice only (or maybe a SIP + messaging) ?
    for Pure Cloud - there is a solution, maybe anything - from Genesys Cloud or any 3rd P-pty provider ?
    Customer has relation with telco carrier and would like to stay in that way.

    Genesys Cloud does not support SMPP today.  The only way to integration a 3rd party SMS provider would be to use our new Open Messaging API which is a webhook-based API to integration just about any messaging platform, including SMS, into Genesys.

    The Open Messaging API is documented on our Developer Center here: https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/digital/openmessaging/.  Don't forget to review the detailed links in the left panel as well.
