    Hi,

    Just I like to see if outbound SMS campaigns feature is available in PureCloud.
    I like to send text message to multiple number , i have the excel sheet which contain number.

    Very close now.  I would expect sometime mid Q2.  I heard you have to have a short code for it at present, so better get that ordered first as that can take a long time to get in place.

    Robert is correct, a short code purchased through Genesys Cloud will be required for SMS campaigns, and other phone number types cannot be used. This feature is already available, and documentation for purchasing and setting up a short code can be found here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-us-short-code-application/
