    Hi all,

    in documentation I found the information about the keywords that works in SMS communication SMS opt-in or opt-out keywords - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    All the keywords are in English - my question is - are those keywords work only for US numbers or nonEnglish countries as well?

    Hello Vitalli,

    At this time I believe that only English language is supported, but this idea: Ability to edit/customise to SMS opt-out messaging and keywords would allow customization of opt-out wordings.  I would vote on the idea and add your use case.
