Peter,
I believe these messages, along with the responses to "STOP" etc. are sent by the SMS broker. I can add your own, but I suspect these will be in addition to, not in place of, the once currently sent.
Certainly, you can't customize the response to a STOP since the broker enforces this (meaning you can't reply!)

I am working on creating an SMS Outbound campaign for my organization.. and I had 2 quick questions for the community that I wasn't able to answer:
- For my TFN and 10-digit long codes.. Can we customize the Help/Info & Stop responses that are sent back to the customer? Or, are we stuck with the "Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply" message?
