    Hello,

    I have an issue since I updated Windows 10  5 days ago.


    when I tried to provison softphone.


    The window close itself, or I have an error  said this softphone hasn't been configurated.

    Do you have any clues about this issue.

    I have no problems running/provisioning the PureCloud softphone, running Windows 10 Pro, Version 1809, Installed 08 Feb 2019, OS Build 17763.316.
