    Hello
    Help please, somebody have this problems:
    I have a customer that have problems with the email interactions
    When the sender send an email with images in the body of the mail the images was no show
    Only appear some that this:

     



    Do not all the interactions with images have this problem, others mails show correctly the images on the email´s body.
    There are some restriction for receive emails in purecloud that contains images pasted in the body?

    Have you opened up a support ticket? We aren't able to troubleshoot this type of an issue on the forum. It would be really helpful if you are able to include the interaction IDs for the emails where you are seeing issues.
