Hi Everyone,
In one implementation, the business needs to sound notification when there is >=1 call in the queue for all supervisors the queue.
I try to use "Alerts Rules", but I need sound notification together pop-up.
The supervisors need sound notification for alerts because during work will use email, sheets, other systems, CRM... and Genesys Cloud page is running in backend or minimized.
Does Anyone have some solutions or tips?
