Certification and Training

Hi,

I was wondering if there's any computer-based, recorded trainings in how best to leverage the STA tools in Genesys.  I've been using notes to work on configuring/calibrating my instance, but think it would be helpful if there was some type of engagement to help users feel more confident in how to tune their speech to text analytics settings.
