Hi everyone,
We have consistently noticed a delay when loading historical interactions for quality reviews particularly with longer calls. Is this an expected limitation of the system, or are there any tips or workarounds that could help speed things up?
This may simply be how the platform operates, but I thought it was worth raising just in case there were any smart solutions.
