Hi Jason,
We have had reports where longer calls can take a couple of minutes to load. Shorter calls are also not instant. Not sure it there is any best practice process to speed things up but thought I would pose the question

We have consistently noticed a delay when loading historical interactions for quality reviews particularly with longer calls. Is this an expected limitation of the system, or are there any tips or workarounds that could help speed things up?
