Genesys Cloud - Main

HI Team 

After adding SSO details , I enabled SSO on originations settings  , post which I am not able to login to SSO nor to Genesys cloud normal account.

What should we do .

Tapas, long time no speak.  

Send me an Email and I can see what we can do to get you up and running.  Really depends on the SSO platform and usually is a problem with the URL's used in that platform back to Genesys.
