Hi Muhammed
Yes this is expected behavior as the Disable Genesys Cloud Login features is switched off. If you enable this it will remove the option for Genesys cloud login and will only have the SSO login option. Unfortunately this will not work in your case as you require a mixed setup.

I found this Idea in the Aha Idea portal which might work for you - https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/OP-I-233. It is currently in Upcoming Development status so would recommend to vote as well.
This idea is in Future consideration status - https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/OP-I-303
Not sure if someone else perhaps has a workaround for this.

Dear Stephan,
Thank you for your support and prompt response 😊
We have certain external support teams who should continue using the standard (non-SSO) login method, while all other users are required to authenticate via Single Sign-On (SSO).
I have completed the configuration; however, I observed that the login page still displays both options-SSO login and standard (non-SSO) login.
Could you please confirm whether it is expected behavior to have both login options displayed when using a mixed authentication setup? Additionally, is there a way to restrict this so that users from the SSO domain are allowed to log in only via SSO, while other users continue using the standard noraml login method, without both options being presented simultaneously?
Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

Hi Muhammad, good day.
Yes this is possible, you can use both SSO and then the normal username and password login with MFA for the other users. By keeping the "Disable Genesys Cloud Login" off, users can log in with their Genesys credentials. For the SSO, any users that is part of that domain will be able to use it as well as SSO can't be assigned on a user level
https://help.genesys.cloud/articles/use-sso-instead-of-genesys-cloud-login-credentials/

Is there a specific reason why you only want to enable SSO for a specific group of users?

Hi Team,
Within the same Genesys Cloud organization, we have multiple sets of users associated with different domains. We would like to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for one group of users, while allowing the other group to continue using the standard login method.
Could you please confirm whether this configuration is supported, and if so, advise on the recommended approach?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
