We would prefer to use the browser but we are using the Desktop app because we require the screen recording feature.
We have not gone live yet so we have raised the issue with our enablement team but not with Customer Care. I also created the product suggestion referenced in the original posting which includes more technical details.

May I know if you are using web browser or PureCloud Desktop app to log in? Normally, it logs you out and will require password if you are using the web browser. Have you already raise this concern to our Customer Care team for further investigation?
