New idea | Genesys Cloud Ideas Lab (aha.io). I can see where an agent walks away and gets a call and information about the caller pops up on the screen for anyone to look at!
What I would normally do is a page popping that had nothing on it and then a button for the agent to press when they tell the system they actually want to work the call.
