Genesys Cloud - Main

Hello,

We have used Verint as our recording management solution in the past and now its being retired as part of our transition to Genesys, we are in need of finding a alternate solution to house these historical recordings into a storage that is both indexed and searchable especially considering the metadata is stored in XML's. We have heard S3 or Glacier as possible alternatives.. Has anyone used any Azure based products to store these recordings?

We have created a solution that extracts audio and metadata from just about any source and can store them wherever you like.  It comes with a utility to search through them and play them back - both audio and video if there is any.   Let me know if you want some information.
