  • 1.  Suggest Agent Assist Articles

    A few users have asked about this.  We do not see the menu it speaks of with an option to suggest an article based on a message typed.

    We looked at voice, sms, and emails and couldn't find where this is.  I do not see anything about in the resource center.

    Can anyone explain how tis works or point me to a guide or video about it?

    I also can not find a resource center article that relates to this, I will keep investigating, but in the mean time maybe someone else in the community has more info.

    Hi Daniel,

    Its a bit of a strange one, as I cant find any related info to this.  I also couldn't force the same message to display for me when testing.

    Can you confirm if you are using agent assist or copilot?

    Hello Daniel,

    From what I recall I asked about this at one point during the betas and got the answer that the feature wasn't implemented yet.

    Agent Assist is being replaced by Co-Pilot and is planned to be removed for AI token users in end of April so doubt there will be any new features for Agent Asssit.
