From what I recall I asked about this at one point during the betas and got the answer that the feature wasn't implemented yet.
Agent Assist is being replaced by Co-Pilot and is planned to be removed for AI token users in end of April so doubt there will be any new features for Agent Asssit.

A few users have asked about this. We do not see the menu it speaks of with an option to suggest an article based on a message typed.
We looked at voice, sms, and emails and couldn't find where this is. I do not see anything about in the resource center.
Can anyone explain how tis works or point me to a guide or video about it?
