Genesys Cloud - Main

I have been trying to figure out how to get survey response data from voice and web surveys in order to put them into a dashboard and reports about customer feedback. The info I am trying to get would be each customer's individual answers to survey questions, but I have not been able to figure out how to find or pull out this data from Genesys. Where do I find this data and how can i export it?

Hello Brandon and welcome to the Genesys Community, 

It sounds like you are looking for the Survey Detail Performance view. To get there you would go Performance > Workspace > Employee Engagement > Survey Performance.

If you are looking for a survey for a specific conversation then I would also take a look at /api/v2/quality/conversations/{conversationId}/surveys.
