You're probably having trouble finding a definition because I was a little late adding it to the Resource Center. Here's the definition:
System Away: The time spent during the specified period in the Away status when PureCloud automatically sets the user's status to Away due to inactivity.
Note: If users manually set their status to Away, then this view displays that time in the Away column.
Basically, it is the time that the system (PureCloud) sets the user's status to Away. From what I understand, this happens when
you use the Desktop app
and your computer screen locks or changes to a screensaver.
The definition should be visible on the Resource Center tomorrow on the
Agents Status Summary view and
Agents Status Summary Detail view articles.
