Genesys Cloud - Main

Does PureCloud support IE10.  In the system requirements documentation, IE11 has limited Support - several features not available. No mention about IE10

Hi Ninette,
As far as I remember IE10 had the same limited support as IE11.

On PureCloud system requirements - PureCloud Resource Center under the Supported Web Browser section is a link that states Verify Your Browser. If you click this while in IE10, it might give you a bit more information.

I guess IE10 was dropped from the list as Micosoft has also ended its support on January 12, 2016 on Windows operating systems capable of running IE11

​We are in the middle of rolling out PureCloud to all of our call centers.  We were told we had to use Chrome....

We have been using chrome since implementing 2 years ago. No problems with using it, also have the desktop application for windows is installed as a backup alternative should the browser have issues. Normally its the other way round but remote working and flexibility to access Purecloud from anywhere works well with Chrome.
