I wanted to give a quick thanks to everyone who joined for
Part 1 of the
Analytics Workspace AMA. I think some great questions were asked and I hope the answers provided give everyone the knowledge they need for tomorrow's exciting release!
As a reminder, there is a
Part 2 of this AMA Series next Tuesday (March 29th) at noon EST. So if you missed out on this first AMA, another opportunity to ask questions about this release is right around the corner.

AMAs are easy to participate in. You can submit your community questions ahead of time or during the event. You can create a discussion in the community or email the community team. The biggest benefit of asking them during the event is to get some follow-up questions in, but I bet our experts will help you out if you think of something after the event ends.
My favorite part about AMAs is that it creates an immediate catalogue of questions and answers that are available to everyone from the community to the
Genesys Knowledge Network and the far edges of Google Search to gain valuable knowledge and insight.
