  • 1.  API GET Phone Number for BYO SMS returns HTTP 500

    Hi,

    We are in process of integrationg with BYO SMS. So far, all looks god, but ran into the issue with the API GET Genesys Cloud Developer Center.

    When I'm using compliance for the query parameter GET /api/v2/routing/sms/phonenumbers/{PhoneNumebrId}?expand=compliance I'm getting the response 500 

    Can you please check this?

    Hi Tatjana, 

    I just tried to reproduce the error you're getting from that endpoint and was not able to do so. Can you please open a case with CARE , this way you can share more specific data leading up to the error which will help in the debugging process.

    Hi Ewomazino,

    Did you have a chance to look into the ticket, as I updated it with the new details a couple of days ago? The error 500 is returned only for TFN SMS numbers (Genesys Cloud or imported).

    Hi Ewomazino,

    Thank you. Can you please do me a favour and invoke the API GET /api/v2/routing/sms/phonenumbers/{PhoneNumberId}?expand=compliance from your Org, and use a TFN for the phone number (I assume you have TFN SMS numbers in your Org).
