Thank you. Can you please do me a favour and invoke the API GET /api/v2/routing/sms/phonenumbers/{PhoneNumberId}?expand=compliance from your Org, and use a TFN for the phone number (I assume you have TFN SMS numbers in your Org).

Did you have a chance to look into the ticket, as I updated it with the new details a couple of days ago? The error 500 is returned only for TFN SMS numbers (Genesys Cloud or imported).

I just tried to reproduce the error you're getting from that endpoint and was not able to do so. Can you please open a case with CARE , this way you can share more specific data leading up to the error which will help in the debugging process.
