Howdy,
Earlier when we were trying to configure the email domain, we start by removing the old email domain and then add the new email domain. However we are getting error "The domain already exists" although the domain is still not available.
Below are the steps done:
- Admin > Contact Center > Email
- Add domain
- Select Custom and enter domain.
- Getting error "The domain already exists".
Can anyone point me to the right direction? Many thanks.
