    I wonder if anyone from Genesys can tell me if there are any plans to increase the maximum number of AI questions supported in an evaluation form from 20?  The increase from 15 to 20 is helpful but still not enough to meet our client's requirement for more. I can't see anything on the roadmap or ideas portal to increase further, but it would be good to understand plans.

    Hello @Heather Henderson,

    Yes, we are planning to gradually increase the number of allowed AI Scoring questions per evaluation form. 

    An increase to the limit to 50 AI Scoring questions per form is slated to GA in early Q2.

    Hi Jose,

    That's excellent news - thanks for sharing!
    This increase will be extremely helpful for the customers I'm currently working with, especially for more detailed and comprehensive AI Scoring evaluation forms.

    Really looking forward to seeing this GA in early Q2.
