Our newest "gumshoe rockstars" do their very best to find solutions to the Genesys community questions that hang out in seedy side streets collecting dust. One nominee you may already know because he frequently stars as an Above Average Joe in our monthly Q&A Show... @Patrick Johnson Congratulations! We're so grateful you don't mind "dropping a dime" on the tough questions that come up in the community.
Our other gumshoe rockstar hangs around Genesys Cloud and his file says that "He has been very active and providing in-depth answers to other members questions." He finds alternative solutions even when there are answers already given, which is true rockstar material. A big congrats to @Caleb Smith! You are very deserving of this nomination.
