    Hi all,

    I am looking for an information regarding the timing and condition that GenesysCloud updates IP phone firmware on the release notes.
    Based on several information, I assume the information will be posted once GC has verified the firmware and decided to release it, but does anyone know where I can find a document that clearly states these conditions?

    This might form part of the media tier release notes - https://help.genesys.cloud/release-notes/genesys-cloud/media-tier-release-notes/

    These updates are done monthly and Genesys will share it in advance in the release notes if there are any upgrades available for that specific phone.

    Hi Stephan-san,

    Thank you for your reply and information. Now I understand that the media tier release notes also includes information regarding managed hardware.
    However, what I was actually looking for was a document or sentence that clearly outlined the condition and timing which firmware update will be published in release notes.

    Apologize for my poor writing, but could you kindly share me such documents or pages if you know?

    No problem at all.  You could potentially monitor the "features coming soon" section but I am not aware of a link/document where it mentions the timing in advance - https://help.genesys.cloud/release-notes/genesys-cloud/features-coming-soon/.

    Not sure if someone else in the community is aware of any additional information.
