  • 1.  There was an error creating Integration WhatsApp.

    Hello everyone,

    It's a pleasure to greet you. I'm here trying to understand why when I set up a Meta account in an organization, I get the following error: "There was an error creating this Integration".

    It's important to note that some of my teammates have used this same Meta account and they haven't encountered the same error I'm facing.

    Even more, I'm experiencing this same issue with a real client and their own Meta account.

    Has anyone else encountered this error? If so, am I missing something more than just going to Digital and Telephony > Platform Integrations > WhatsApp Messenger to set up the Meta account?

    Hello,

    I have not configured or used a WhatsApp integration.
    But checking on Resource Center (as you mentioned your error and the fact it had been used by other teammates) - I found this page: https://help.genesys.cloud/faqs/manage-your-whatsapp-business-account-faqs/

    Expand "Error messages" section.

    Embedded Signup Flow

    An Unknown error saving integration when you attempt to create or save your integration.

    If you are performing a migration, check if the two-factor authentication (2FA) is unavailable for your number in the source WABA.

    If you reintegrate a number that you previously integrated in Genesys Cloud; for example, in a different region or organization), make sure that you enter the six-digit PIN from the original integration. You can change the PIN for your number in WhatsApp Manager or you can request that Genesys change the PIN.

    If that doesn't correspond to your case, I would suggest to contact Customer Care so they can investigate further.
