Workforce Engagement Management

Recently ran into something interesting. 

Have a limit set at 0, so hypothetically all days of the week should show a short wait list; why is it showing Saturday & Sunday as being "almost full" ?  Did run into an even more interesting situation where when I changed my partial day to 5 minutes, they went to a "short wait list" Has anyone else seen this? Why is it happening? how can I fix it?

For your first item: The reason the 'fire' shows up for Saturday and Sunday is probably because the agent is off those days in their work plan therefore, would be set to '0-payable' hours.

For the second item: I need a little more details. If the limits are set to '0' the agent will always be on the waitlist. I can't reproduce a 'short waitlist' situation.
