I've been looking around for a solution to a really basic problem. How do I prevent agents from placing calls outside of acceptable hours without using a contact list?
I would think that the default contact zone mapping would be able to check a phone number's area code and exchange and compare that against the local timezone without uploading a contact list/ placing a manual dial. A contact list isn't a feasible option for our business due to the size and constant changes to our portfolio.
