I'd like to share an experience that might help others.
When trying to access Webassessor to take my Genesys certifications, I found out that it's now mandatory to use the same email address that was registered for the voucher.
The issue was that I was already using that same corporate email for my Salesforce certifications on Webassessor. Because of this conflict, I couldn't access the Genesys certifications.
The solution was to contact Webassessor/Kryterion support. They deleted my Salesforce login, which allowed me to register again for the Genesys certifications.

Hopefully this helps anyone who runs into (or might run into) the same issue.
